Crypto exchange service Crypto.com has reportedly entered a new partnership with well-known car manufacturing entity Aston Martin, to be the sponsor for its Formula 1 team.

Specifically, the partnership will reportedly be for a multi-year sponsorship, taking place during the time when the UK-based car producer gets back to the F1 circuit in 2021, following a departing period lasting for 61 years.

As a part of the collaboration, Aston Martin’s F1 cars will be functional with the Crypto.com logo onto it, potentially offering noteworthy exposure for the crypto exchange platform.

“The fact that a cryptocurrency company can go out there and make a statement like this, and align with such a well-respected brand with such a huge tradition as Aston Martin, it makes a statement that the industry is maturing.” Crypto.com co-founder and Head, Kris Marszalek, reportedly remarked regarding the development.

Besides from the logo, Marszalek further revealed that the crypto exchange is having plans to utilize the partnership, in a bid to promote different crypto-associated products.

Per Jefferson Slack, commercial managing director of Aston Martin’s F1 division, the car manufacturer is reportedly excited to collaborate with Crypto.com to obtain a deeper knowledge regarding the crypto sphere.

The Aston Martin executive further disclosed that Aston Martin is also looking into markets like non fungible tokens and payment systems.

As a matter of fact, Crypto.com is reportedly among the entities taking part in the crypto debit card trend. In May 2010, the firm reportedly shared that Visa cards have the highest popularity on a wide scale.
