Binance’s Next Fiat-to-Crypto Exchange to be in Argentina?

Binance CEO Changpeng Zhao, more commonly known as “CZ”, has hinted that Binance’s next fiat-to-crypto exchange could be in Argentina.

On his Twitter Zhao wrote, “Guess where we will have a new fiat-to-crypto exchange?”

Zhao had taken to Twitter on March 9 in response to an article by crypto media CoinSpice which said that the Argentinian government will be supporting the Binance Labs Incubation Program in the country this year. TheCryptoSight also reported the news that Argentina will tentatively fund up to 10 blockchain projects each year over a four-year term at up to $50,000 per project.

Earlier this year, industry word had it that Binance plans to open fiat-to-crypto exchanges in eight more countries, but only Singapore and Malta have been on the confirmed list. One of the other rumored six has been Argentina.

Back in February, The Crypto Sight reported that the company had made the buying of crypto even easier by added support for by credit card payments.
