Italy-based luxury car manufacturing firm Mazzanti Automobili has reportedly made its security token offering available across regulated digital marketplace STOKR.

Specifically, as included in the offering, Mazzanti looks to secure 999,999 euros ($1.2 million) on STOKR, to build a special edition of its hypercar model Evantra Millecavalli R.

Mazzanti’s STO will reportedly facilitate the purchase of MZZ tokens – standing at the value of 1 euro per token. Mazzanti will be in charge of the token issuance, to be carried out through Blockstream AMP, a platform for the tokenization of securities designed on the Liquid sidechain of Bitcoin, which comes with direct integration with STOKR.

As included in the STO, MZZ investors will reportedly be subjected to a 50% revenue share in the sale of the Evantra special edition. The offering will be rolled out to a few particular nations in the EU region, with the lowest investment of 50 euros.

Mazzanti’s founder, Luca Mazzanti, reportedly claimed that the firm has been pondering upon the potential of operating an STO for a while. The firm disclosed details of its upcoming STO plans in February 2021.

Together with the STO, Mazzanti reportedly revealed that the firm will enable its clients to use Bitcoin to buy every edition of the Evantra model, beginning Feb. 25.

The initiative reportedly occurred not long after Tesla disclosed its plan to add Bitcoin as a viable means of payment for its electric vehicles.

Situated in Luxembourg, STOKR has reportedly finalized the listing of numerous STOs, subjected to capital market regulations of the European Union.
