Miguel Caballero, Tutellus founder, reportedly disclosed details regarding the target of the project – to make the general audience more aware of the future role cryptocurrency has across the society.

“We have explained to your honorable members that we are in a time of profound change in the use of money, in addition to highlighting the important role that cryptocurrencies have today.”

Caballero reportedly stated that the digital coins sent out were not meant as donations, as well as aware himself that a few Congressmen will not be a stranger to crypto.
