Samsung SDS CEO has revealed the company’s vision to apply blockchain technology into its latest project “Digital Transformation Framework” at Samsung’s Real 2019 event in Seoul.

Samsung SDS, the enterprise IT subsidiary of Samsung’s group, has been working on blockchain technology for quite some time. The “Digital Transformation Framework” is reportedly to use technology solutions to enhance digital conversion of many businesses including customer’s production, marketing, sales, and management system with some updated features:

“Intelligent enterprise and next generation ERP / SCM / IPA, intelligent factory (manufacturing / logistics / plant intelligence), cloud security, and innovative technology platforms (AI / blockchain / IoT)”

Samsung SDS further explained, “Artificial intelligence (AI), blockchain, and internet (IoT) are innovative technologies for digital conversion. We have been researching and developing innovative technologies such as bryant IoT for many years. “

Samsung has been active in applying blockchain technology into its production. In April, Samsung SDS announced a partnership with a fellow multinational IT company from India, Tech Mahindra, to push Samsung’s Nexledger blockchain platform around the world. Then later in May, Nexledger Universal, the next version of an enterprise blockchain platform, was released.

In April, an Indian technology company, Tech Mahindra announced applying an anti-spam call solution based on blockchain technology, as The Crypto Sight reported.
