Mila Kunis Rolled Out NFTs Project, Following Deep Study Of the “really empowering” Crypto Sphere

By Natalie Wu | June 20, 2021

Well-known Hollywood actress Mila Kunis has reportedly made her new NFT initiative available on the blockchain, after doing research on the “really empowering” crypto sphere throughout the pandemic.

Specifically, Kunis reportedly revealed that the free time available offered by the pandemic has been utilized for conducting careful studies into cryptocurrencies and non fungible tokens (NFTs) – a sector that is lacking the female presence at the moment, per Kunis.

“I felt like it was a very masculine area — like everybody that I knew that knew anything about it at the time was always a man and I was like ‘this can’t be that hard. I just deep dived into it and surrounded myself with two incredibly smart women that know everything about it.”

The actress revealed that the female individual she talked to was a part of Facebook’s Libra initiative – now Diem. With all the new information accumulated, Kunis claimed that crypto is “really empowering”, hence the roll-out of the new NFT project, Stoner Cats.

With a collaboration with CryptoKitties founder Mack Flavelle and CryptoPoops NFT creator Jonathan Howard, via their recent adventures initiatives Big Head Club and others, Kunis referred to Stoner Cats project as a facilitating tool for purchasing NFTs, which come with images of cats sometimes drinking and smoking marijuana – legalized in California 5 years ago.

The token will then play a  “five-minute long piece of entertainment” for the users.

The price to buy said tokens are yet to be disclosed, but NFT projects developed by NFTs had a record of generating profits up to the millions.

“Everybody just did [the project] because they thought that it was different and fun and we all wanted to do it for the right reasons. It brings ownership of content back to the artist and cuts out the middleman.” Kunis, who voices one of the cats, further remarked.
