Blockchain infrastructure company BisonTrails has reportedly rolled out facilitating features for the Cosmos ecosystem, enabling nodes staking and operating for blockchain ecosystem Cosmos.

Specifically, BIson Trails reportedly makes solutions dedicated to the simplification of the process for tapping into blockchain available, nominally custodians, exchanges, and funds, with Bison further assists Web 3.0 applications to set up a connection with blockchain data.

The company reportedly teamed up with Coinbase in January this year, to release services under the U.S. exchange’s umbrella.

Bison’s clients will reportedly have the freedom to utilize its infrastructure for the staking and delegation of their tokens, via applying “participation clusters”, generating transaction fees and rewards and simultaneously offer security to the Cosmos Network.

Bison’s participation clusters reportedly come with two components contributed to security enhancement – validator nodes operated in a private network, along with “sentry nodes” which interact between said validator nodes and the public blockchain network.

The deployment for the cluster will reportedly be carried out with the help of remote hardware security modules, to make sure public interaction between the internet and validators’ private keys will not occur.

“The participation clusters themselves are architected to withstand attacks. The sentry nodes act as a layer of defense to the validator nodes, enabling them to stay hidden and private from the public internet, and mitigating the risk of DDoS and remote access attacks.”

Bison Trails will additionally roll out numerous node services, including full QT nodes, archival nodes, and light client support.
