Despite surviving an assassination attempt on July 13 in Pennsylvania, former United States President Donald Trump remains committed to speaking at the Bitcoin Conference in Nashville, Tennessee. David Bailey, CEO of Bitcoin Magazine and one of the event’s organizers, confirmed this.
Bailey shared the update on X on July 14, revealing that he had spoken with Trump’s team. He reported that the former president was “in good spirits” and eager to attend the conference. “He’s excited to see you all in Nashville and deliver a speech that will be heard around the world,” Bailey added.
Trump had confirmed his participation in the conference earlier in the week, before the assassination attempt. The Bitcoin Conference is scheduled to run from July 25 to July 27, with Trump set to speak on July 27.
