Blockchain company AVA Labs has reportedly finalized its acquisition of private investment platform Investery, as an attempt to extend its offerings to different regions.
Specifically, the acquisition will enable advanced private financial assets management and issuance for AVA, allowing the firm to enter private asset platforms. The merging will aso place all current Investory’s partners under AVA’s control.
Investory is a platform, specially built to provide support for investors, regarding researching, managing and transacting across private markets, while at the same time provide assistance in new private financial assets creation.
The solution is available across numerous markets, enabling investors to view their entire inventory from one access point.
Emin Gün Sirer – co-founder and current head of AVA Labs – hoped that by acquiring Investery, the firm will be able to form new alliances and reach out to more clients. John Wu, CEO and Founder of Investery , further stated that AVA’s plan of leveraging blockchain to boost liquidity is in line with the company’s vision.
Wu will reportedly take up the role of president for AVA Labs, and Lydia Chiu, Investery’s vice president of Business Development and Product, will remain her position at the new firm.
