Circle CEO Jeremy Allaire has recently accepted the invitation of Tron CEO Justin Sun to attend the crypto lunch with Sun, Berkshire Hathaway CEO Warren Buffet and Litecoin creator Charlie Lee.
Specifically, the lunch, which is worth of $4.6 million, will gather some of the most famous Bitcoin (BTC) elites. The discussion will stay around crypto-related topics.
The Sun posted the invitation via Twitter. After around 3 minutes, Allaire tweeted that he is honored to join the lunch. He also added, the event will be a great opportunity for Buffett and crypto community representatives to connect and learn from each other.
“Hi Justin, I would be honored to join you and @WarrenBuffett next week to discuss crypto!! Count me in.”
If Allaire joins the lunch, Tron CEO will have a total of 7 friends in his lunch with Buffett. Litecoin (LTC) founder Charlie Lee was the first guest to join the lunch, announced in mid-June.
The lunch idea came after Justin winning an eBay charity auction last month. The lunch is said to be held on July 25, at the three-Michelin starred restaurant Quince in San Francisco.
In March, Circle was reportedly raising $250 million combined of equity and debt in their next funding round to further expand its operations and product offerings. Back then, Circle was valued at almost $3 billion and raised successfully $110 million in its Series E fundraising round.
