Blockchain-enabled web browser Brave recently allows their users to use free-of-charge subscriptions to Cheddar premium content, regarding to the partnership between the two companies.

Specifically, brave browser users can have free Cheddar subscriptions in 3 months. The Cheddar website will automatically recognize the users and unlock the advanced features, according to the press release.

“Cheddar viewers are obsessed with crypto; we even have a show dedicated to it – The Crypto Craze. The idea of unlocking our premium feeds for Brave users via crypto funding, with no sign-up, seemed like a natural way to engage a passionate community that will no doubt enjoy our content,” said Jon Steinberg, founder and CEO of Cheddar.

The Brave browser reportedly has 5.5 million monthly active users. The fintech company launched Basic Attention Token (BAT) and the users can support their favorite content creators with BATs.
