Well-known trading app Robinhood reportedly revealed details of its introduction for round-the-clock phone facilitating features, catering to its fast-growing user base, covering the ones registered for crypto.
Specifically, users of the app will now have the ability to converse with a staff handling customer service 24 hours per day, seven days a week, including holidays.
The firm reportedly revealed that the freshly rolled out 24/7 support line is included in an attempt at a larger scale to widen reliability and accessibility, together with offering responses to time-sensitive requests from its customers.
In order to tap into the service, users may reportedly request a call via the Robinhood app and receive a notification noticing they are the next customer to enter a phone conversation. A Robinhood representative will then initiate the call.
Christine Brown, the chief operating officer of Robinhood Crypto, reportedly remarked that the firm is going to enhance the scale of its customer service, because of the increasing volume and longer wait times, which are the traits of major exchanges.
She reportedly shared that her firm is dedicated to “resolving three major barriers to our financial markets,” including economic, educational and emotional.
“To overcome emotional barriers, we need to help everyone feel that they’re ready to become investors, that they belong, and that they’ll get the support they need when they need it. We hope providing 24/7 phone support will continue to break down these barriers.” Brown further claimed, regarding the emotional side.
