The NFTs craze is reportedly still on the rise, as the top four decentralized NFT apps are accumulating for over $10 million in day-to-day volume.
Specifically, per insight generated by DApp data aggregator DappRadar, NBA Top Shot, CryptoPunks, Mooncats, and Sorare reportedly take up over $10.57 million equivalent of secondary NFT sales throughout the last 24 hours.
However, the top four entities take up the majority of the total NFT DApp volumes, with the combined volume of the 10 highest ranking DApps accumulating up to $12.27 million.
NBA Top Shot’s secondary marketplace is reportedly the leading NFT DApp in every metric, with 30,944 traders carrying out 30,372 transact, equalling $4.62 million.
While the pioneering NFT initiative CryptoPunks secures the 2nd spot by volume with $4.28 million, it does not perform well in terms of number of traders and transactions — with 85 users finalizing 69 trades on March 16th. The 3rd-ranking Mooncats collectibles DApp has $1.02 million regarding daily volume, but drops four ranks when it comes to users with the number being 500, and eighth by total trade count with 530.
Fantasy football game Sorare reportedly stood at the fourth spot in terms of trade volume, with $881,700. It further came 2nd in ranking for traders with 1,978.
The data reportedly suggested that sporting collectibles are experiencing a rise in terms of popularity with Top Shot and Sorare’s 32,894 users directing $5.3 million equivalent of trade within a 24-hour time frame.
On March 14, Sorare reportedly rolled out its one-of-a-kind NFT depicting one of the most recognized footballers of the world – Juventus’ Cristiano Ronaldo.
