Deloitte – One of Big Four auditing company – has reportedly introduced a new blockchain-powered platform, specifically created to showcase blockchain-based demonstrations and experimentations.
As stated in a press release on August 19, Deloitte has introduced its new Blockchain project to the audience via a Box (BIAB) platform, particularly designed accordingly to the interest of Deloitte clients, of gaining extensive knowledge of real-world implementation abilities of blockchain.
Deloitte claimed that this new project is “a mobile, self-contained technology platform”, with the ability to provide facilitation for blockchain-powered solutions, “across four small-form-factor compute nodes and three video displays, as well as networking components that enable integration with external services, such as traditional cloud technologies.”
“What’s often misunderstood about blockchain is that it is an entirety of a technology solution — when in reality, it’s a technology component that enables larger business applications and approaches. Our mobile demonstration is practical, tactical and most importantly, tangible to clients.” Linda Pawczuk – Deloitte blockchain leader in the US region – added.
Deloitte, Fidelity and Amazon, together with 20 other establishments, have recently decided to lend their support to a blockchain accelerator program, dubbed Startup Studio. The program’s primary goal is to set up workshops for blockchain startups, in an effort to help them hone a wide array of skills, including product design, law and engineering, smart contract development, and finance and hiring, among others.
