Dash Core Group – the organization in charge of designing the privacy-focused coin DASH – has reportedly rolled out the updates for the asset’s proof-of-stake network to the public on September 30th.
Specifically, the new updates – dubbed “Dash Core v0.16.0.1 binaries” – has reportedly been rolled out and can be deployed across the mainnet via node operators, as disclosed by Pasta, one of Dash Core Group’s Developers.
“This is a major release and is a mandatory upgrade for all miners and masternodes.”
The network update will reportedly bring about a wide range of improvements to the DASH ecosystem, including methods for appropriate masternode holder software confirmation, wallet user interface enhancements and enhanced anonymity capabilities, during experience with PrivateSend – the project’s non-custodial coin-mixing option.
The upgrade reportedly also come with “block reward reallocation to improve the economics of Dash by adjusting the percentage of reward,”
Dash has reportedly released one more public update on September 18th – a platform focusing on decentralized cloud use for blockchain information storage, relying on the concepts appeared in its Dash Evolution movement.
Started in 2015, Dash Evolution reportedly primarily focused on simpler crypto use for participants.
