Decentralized exchange aggregator 1inch has reportedly teamed up with an animated series focusing on startups in a setting that resembles Silicon Valley.
Specifically, 1inch reportedly revealed that it would offer the sponsorship for the non fungible token (NFT) series Take My Muffin, apart from offering its knowledge, technical-wise, for the show, as well as providing team members for initiatives across the DeFi sphere.
The series reportedly revolves mainly around the exploits of a team of creatures who put in efforts to kickstart startup initiatives, via employing a wide range of general wackiness and blockchain-based solutions. The show is slated to be released within the first 6 months of next year.
“A partnership of this kind comes as no surprise. Take My Muffin was financed by the crypto community from the very beginning. It’s actually the very first crypto-funded animated series” 1inch co-founder Anton Bukov reportedly remarked.
As revealed by 1inch chief communications officer Sergey Maslennikov, Take My Muffin has a goal of completing the integration of the exchange into the show’s plot, beginning from the pilot episode.
“This partnership should help 1inch reach a broader general audience. Of course, it’s fun — and the DeFi segment should try to save this mood instead of turning into another traditional and boring banking-alike industry.”
Different crypto users have reportedly expressed their interests in the NFT animated series throughout the past months.
Regardless of having a false start in July, 10,420 Stoner Cats NFTs – which offer access gateways to the animated series – sold out in less than one hour.
