As Coin360 has just updated yesterday, the 20 top cryptocurrency coins are all in the green zone after having some losses in the last couple of days.
The price of bitcoin, the current leading currency, is now trading at an average price of $8,085 at the press time after making a significant increase reaching above 8,200. Bitcoin’s price had a lower price range earlier today when it reached below the $8,000 price point. The weekly chart of Bitcoin depicts its lowest price point at $5,942 (May 8) and the highest point (May 14), reaching its peak at $8,265.
As can be seen from the below chart, the second largest coin Ethereum (ETH) has raised its price by 15% over the past 24 hours. ETH is trading around $266 at the press time. In this week, ETH price has increased steadily and gained more than 39% in the last seven days.
At press time, the overview of the total market capitalization of cryptocurrencies is around $256.9 billion.
As CNBC reported earlier, spot gold increased by 0.1% reaching $1,298.26 per ounce. This week has been seen as the highest level of gold (reaching $1,303.26) since April 11 this year.
